Vintage Christian Dior logo brooch, 1980s
Dior produced costume jewellery and accessories throughout the 1980s — pieces that were very much part of the power dressing vocabulary of the decade.
Christian Dior founded his house in Paris in 1947, the New Look collection immediately repositioning French fashion after the war. By the 1980s the brand's licensed accessories were in wide circulation, and signed Dior costume pieces from this period are consistently sought after by collectors.
Very good condition with minor wear consistent with age.
Care Instructions
Signs of age are part of what makes vintage jewellery unique. To help preserve your piece, avoid contact with liquids, perfume, makeup and hair products.
Store flat where possible, ideally in its original packaging, to minimise wear over time.
